By using our website, browsing our store, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by:

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We sell beauty products (including professional skincare such as Environ) and food supplements.

We make every effort to display accurate information in our online store. However:

  • Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, and settings;
  • Packaging, labelling or design may occasionally differ if manufacturers update their products.

We do not warrant that the appearance, quality or performance of any product will meet your expectations in every case.

All product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion and without notice. We may:

  • Limit quantities
  • Restrict sales to certain people, regions or jurisdictions
  • Discontinue products at any time

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

Skinova Beauty & Wellness® reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we:

  1. Receive and successfully process your payment; and
  2. Send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order if, for example:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued
  • There is a pricing or description error
  • Payment is not authorised
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised / abusive activity

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full for the affected items.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability in our checkout):

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Klarna
  • PayPal
  • Other Shopify-supported payment methods (as displayed at checkout)

By providing payment details, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • The information is accurate and complete; and
  • Your payment provider will honour the transaction.

If you use Klarna or other third-party payment services, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

3.3 Cancellations (Customer-Initiated)

You may request to cancel your order within 2 days of purchase, provided that the order:

  • Has not yet been dispatched; and
  • Has not already been prepared for shipping.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may instead need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

To request cancellation, please email info@skinovabeautyandwellness.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be successful if the order has progressed too far in fulfilment.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).
  • We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.
  • Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Any additional charges (such as shipping fees, if applicable in the future) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

You agree to:

  • Provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases;
  • Promptly update your account information (including email, address and payment details) so we can complete transactions and contact you where necessary.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • We currently ship within the UK only.
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via Evri, Royal Mail or DHL.
  • We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
  • All shipments include tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, adverse weather, strikes, peak-season volumes or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier, subject to your statutory rights and our Shipping Policy. If your package is delayed or lost, we will investigate and may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund and/or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT USE & HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our products include food supplements and professional skincare products. Please read carefully:

  • All information on our website and packaging (including descriptions, blogs, articles and social posts) is for general information and educational purposes only.

Note: This section describes Shopify’s role and should remain substantively consistent with Shopify’s requirements.

Skinova Beauty & Wellness® is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer the Services to you. However:

  • Any sales and purchases made in our store are strictly between you and Skinova Beauty & Wellness®.
  • Shopify is not responsible for our products, shipping, returns, customer service, or any loss or damage arising out of your transactions with us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from or related to:

  • Your purchases and transactions with Skinova Beauty & Wellness®; and
  • Your use of our store hosted on the Shopify platform.
