Thank you for shopping with Skinova Beauty & Wellness®. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we deliver your orders.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes

We use trusted UK carriers, including:

  • Evri
  • Royal Mail
  • DHL

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

  • Approximately 2–5 business days within the UK.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, adverse weather, busy seasonal periods).
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.
  • Any changes to our shipping rates or offers will be updated in this policy and on our website.

Order Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link (where available) to track your parcel online.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We always aim for your order to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. If your parcel is delayed or you believe it may be lost:

  1. Check tracking first – the carrier’s tracking page may show attempted delivery, local depot information, or updated delivery estimates.
  2. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@skinovabeautyandwellness.com with:
    Your name
    • Order number
    • Tracking number (if available)

We will then investigate the issue with the courier.

Depending on the outcome and the specific situation (for example, where some items have arrived but others are missing), we may:

  • Arrange a replacement, and/or
  • Issue a partial or full refund, at our discretion and subject to the results of the carrier investigation.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address details are complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from a depot, we may:
    • Refund the order excluding any irrecoverable courier costs, or
    • Re-send the order once we’ve received it back, which may require an additional delivery charge.
