We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
This Policy applies to all beauty products (including Environ products) and Skinova Beauty and Wellness® supplements purchased directly from us.

Interpretation
Words with capitalised initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Skinova Beauty and Wellness®.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale by Us, including skincare products and food supplements.
- Order means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to Our website and online shopping platform.
- Website refers to Skinova Beauty and Wellness, accessible at skinovabeautyandwellness.com.
- You means the individual or company accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts from the date:
- You receive the Goods, or
- A third party (other than the carrier) appointed by You takes possession of the Goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us with a clear statement, including your name, order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe
- The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
Condition of the Goods
- The Goods must be in their original condition, unused and unopened.
- All original seals, shrink-wrap, labels, and packaging must be fully intact.
- For supplements, bottles/containers must not be opened and safety seals must not be broken.
- For skincare/beauty products, any hygiene seals or packaging seals must not be broken or tampered with.
Proof of Purchase
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns if the Goods:
- Show signs of use, damage, or tampering;
- Have broken or removed seals;
- Are not returned in their original packaging; or
- Are returned outside the 14-day period.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or partially used skincare products
- Opened supplement bottles or containers
- Goods where seals or protective packaging have been broken or removed
- Goods that have been damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling by You
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to return your Goods, as we cannot process a refund without receiving the items or proof of delivery.
Please contact us first at info@skinovabeautyandwellness.com before sending any returns, so we can provide return instructions and the correct returns address.
Inspection and Approval
All returned Goods will be inspected by our team upon arrival to confirm:
- They are within the 14-day returns window;
- They are unopened and in original packaging;
- Seals and hygiene protections are intact; and
- No signs of use or damage are present.
Only once the Goods are approved after inspection will a refund be processed.
If the Goods do not meet our return conditions, we may:
- Refuse the refund; and
- Offer to return the Goods back to you (at your cost), or dispose of them safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- We will process your refund to the original payment method used for the Order.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
Unless the Goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or misdescribed:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Only the value of the Goods themselves will be refunded.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive Goods that are:
- Damaged in transit,
- Faulty, or
- Not what you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@skinovabeautyandwellness.com, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will usually:
- Offer a replacement or
- Provide a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs (where applicable).
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, any approved refund may be issued as:
- A refund to the original payment method; or
- A store credit/gift voucher, at our discretion.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the original purchaser, any refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
